Each season brings a curated collection of classes plus weekly live sessions with Lindsay and Tine. Our local experiences are designed to bring people together through mindful movement, nature, and connection. Whether it’s a custom retreat, a special event, or a mountain getaway, we create meaningful yoga sessions tailored to your group’s needs—with a blend of calm, strength, and Hemsedal-inspired magic.

Our private yoga therapy sessions offer personalized support for your body, mind, and lifestyle. Rooted in breath, movement, and holistic wellness, each session is tailored to your unique needs—whether you're navigating stress, pain, or life changes.   • You’ll get access to a seasonally curated library of yoga classes (updated every few months), plus one live class every week with Lindsay or Tine. You’ll also find meditations, breathwork, and exclusive bonus content throughout the year.

  • We offer a mix of Vinyasa, Hatha, Slow Flow, Yin, and Restorative classes—designed to align with the energy of the season. There’s something for every mood, level, and body.

  • Not at all! Live classes are a bonus. You can practice fully at your own pace with the on-demand library. But if you enjoy real-time connection and direct feedback, we’d love to see you live.

  • You’re more than welcome! Our classes are inclusive and designed with clear guidance, options, and explanations. Whether you’re just starting out or returning to your mat, we’ll meet you where you are.

  • Most classes range from 15 to 60 minutes, so you can choose what fits your schedule. We also include shorter sessions for busy days or when you just need a reset.

  • All classes are taught in English.

  • Yes! You can cancel or pause your membership anytime—no hard feelings. We believe yoga should feel freeing, not like a contract.

  • Just a yoga mat to start! Blocks, a blanket, and a strap (or alternatives at home) can be helpful, but they’re not required.
